Assurgent Continues

This is continuation of the Assurgent KK, as we got some idea about written exam question paper.we planned for some stuff to save our time,then a plan arose....sharing..yeah sharing of questions...we'll be having common question paper...in this context Akhil is capable of doing Reasoning bit fast,I can do Verbal and English,Girish(one of our IT mate) is capable of doing Aptitude..so we three of us decided to share our answer...after getting the question paper..i started from English i.e., from question number 30 to 40,Akhil from 16 to 30,Girish from 1 to 15...and after finding the answers we shared it with each other...i call this as a team effort,rather than calling a mass copy,we just tried to save our time...and we did well...with in 30min we completed writing and utilized the remaining time for checking the answers and also helped the remaining IT mates..

Then we had 1 hour time before announcement of results,went and had lunch in ASCET canteen(Full meals for 20 rs/-) after lunch we were just passing the time...and then came the results...ASCET PO came with a list of names...and started reading the names...the list was going on...going on...goingooo on...but no clue of my name..then one of our IT mates name came..and then finally my name came...a sigh of relief..it was like breaking the shatters,as i failed in Satyam and L&T..and but still akhil's name haven't came...and finally he was also got passed the first round...and the selected people are said to sit in room no.109 and then our GD panels were displayed..i was sent to 2nd panel,akhil to 3rd panel....from our college...
Me,Akhil,Giri ga aka Girish,Jaya chandra,Vijay Krishna,Arun(Entaina maa project team member...select avtaadu.. :D) were selected for GD

Coming to GD...we went inside the room...thank God,it was provided with AC..i got settled very quickly from heavy sweating...and then slowly HR started the proceedings...

HR(To all): Now,i have 2 GD topics..one is very easy and the another is very hard..which one you want...??

X(don't know about him): Sir,we want hard one...(edo eeyna garu chinchetathu..)

Me(Addressing HR):Sir,any topic which has scope to speak.

HR(in reply to me):Both the topics have scope to speak.

and HR could hear Hard..hard...(Hard ani chepina yadavaalu evaro teledu)so he decided to give hard topic.

HR: ok,i'll give you the hard one..have u ever read Shakespeare's books...!!

okka mokalaki kooda Shakespeare bookla gurinchi teledu(including me :D)

then ma Giri gaadu...

Giriga : Sir,i read Macbeth(Spelling correctena..?)

HR suggested one more book(couldn't get the name)...and got negative answer from giriga...

HR: you people seem to be not aware of Shakespeare's book,so I'll give you a easy one...

Laughter therapy,is a medicine..??

and also made one pupil to initiate.

Initiator(from ASCET): Good Afternoon to all,my name is X(name no gurthu)..and our topic is Laughter therapy,is a medicine..?? and now this will be continued by my friend Y(name no gurthu)

Y(friend of X,from ASCET): Now,our topic IPL cricket...in T20 ball hittings no correct bat.ball go far...time less (literally speaking..that was the thing he spoke..sorry to mistake him..)

HR(responding Mr.Y's initiation) : Is this the topic,i gave you...??

Y: No reply,Silence...

HR: Say yes or no...??

Y: No

HR: you can sit now.

After that Y became a spectator..haven't done anything apart from that...

Then i was striving to get a chance...finally i somehow interrupted them and got chance..these are some of the points i spoke...

Laughter...this is the thing a human being can do easily,without any cost...when we laugh our face glows...all our nerves will be active(emo..notiki edosthe adi kottesa...)...my point is Be lite,u'll be bright

Laughter is Scenario Based...we can't laugh at any scenario..suppose you cannot laugh in a house of death..you may get odd results...

There might be some People..who doesn't laugh,for such kind Laughter Therapy will be helpful

The only difference between Animal and Human is Human can laugh,can express his happy,but now a days no one are having a healthy laugh...frankly speaking...humans can be considered as Laughable animals and animals can be considered as Un laughable Human being...

Finally HR concluded the Topic...and Said..the main difference between Animal and Humans is we can laugh..which that guy(pointing me) has coated out...ok now you can leave...

That was GD..and i'm 150% confident about GD...got fantastic response from some people of ASCET...all started admiring me(self dabba lendi...) and at the same time..some felt i was arguing in GD...so my confidence level slipped down a bit...then results came...obviously it will be with the names Krishna Kumar and Akhi Yeluru(Self Confidence)...and our Panel for personal interview was 2(for me,akhil,Giriga,Arun and Jaya Chandra..5/6 were selected for final round)

Then me and akhil went to canteen and combed our hair...and made ourself to look fresh...but i hesitated to face my wash( i was without hankie..alavatu ledu...)...some how interview started...

all the people were in the corridor..with books,certificates,files...blah..blah...it was 6Pm...time was running...running..and at 8:20PM...i was called in..and giriga was with HR..and i was waiting for my turn watching giriga's performance(no voice only visual)...then after giriga ceme out..i opened the door and...

ME: Excuse me,Sir..?

HR: Come in(Obvious answer)

HR: You are Krishna Kumar...??

ME: Yeah(not yes)

HR: take your seat Krishna...

ME: sat

HR: can i have your CV please...

ME:Gave...

HR: Pathangi Krishna Kumar...?? is my pronunciation correct..?

ME: Exactly,Sir

HR: ok, let me read your carer objetive

(started reading my CV...naaku okka pakka tension...em adugutaado emo..)

HR: ok, what is the best +ve point in Krishna Kumar...???

ME: Krishna Kumar is an aggressive men sir...

HR: I'm asking about +ve point..??

ME: yeah,i'll be aggressive in positive manner...

HR: ok,good answer...and what you'll delete from you...means what will be no more from Krishna Kumar...??

ME: I don't have good temper sir...

HR: Temper means...??what you'll do when you get angry..??

ME: I used to break things...!!

HR: Used to means..now you're not doing it...??

ME: No sir...

HR:ok,what things you broke when u get angry...??

ME: once i broke our dressing table mirror with my leg...!

HR: My goodness...how you did it and what's the subject of your angry...???

ME: Mom shouted me..so i did like that...

HR: So ,you're going to delete it..?

ME: I've already deleted it sir...

HR: have you attended any counseling classes,or any of your friend guided you..??

ME: yeah,my friend akhil guided me..

HR: what he did..??

ME: he did nothing sir...i just incorporated his coolness in me...and that's what i did...and next he'll be coming here after me...

HR: ok,if i said you to leave this room what you'll do..that old Krishna Kumar appears here..with angry and braking things...??

ME: Not at all sir.

HR: ok,good...ok then coming to your technical abilities...you kept,you are capable in C and CPP...will you answer my questions..??

ME: I'll try my level best(Appatike naaaku vanuku started...naaku C tokka kooda raadu...)

HR: what's a Pointer..??

ME: Pointer is variable,which refers...(interrupted by HR).

HR: i just want,what's a pointer...?

ME: Pointer is a variable...

HR: ok,what it does..??

ME: It stores the address of another variable...

HR: this is the answer i want...

HR: ok,could you tell me properties of CPP

ME: inheritance,polymorphisms(again interrupted by HR)...

HR: i want in a sequential order...

ME: sorry sir,i can't gather in a sequential manner...just i can answer them randomly...

HR: it's ok...what you'll do in your free time...??

ME: Blogging..

HR: Blogging,how many blogs do you have and what you kept in it..??

ME: one is my day to day reflection and the other is my musical reflection...

HR: What do you like to do...???(logic leni question)

ME: To lead a team(logic leni answer... :D)

HR: ok,before you leave,tell me any wish in your life...only one...??

HR: Great,you have that tendency and i'll not say anything apart from that...i think you might have understood it...now you may leave...

that was final round...and after waiting for 2-3hrs results were announced at 12am(next da)..koddisepu tension avudamante..ASCET vaadu mundugaane naa deggarakochi nuvvu selected annesaadu yedava...kaani akhil results koncham tension pettindi...Finally me,Akhil and Giriga were selected for Assurgent Tech Solutions...and Hugs all around...me and akhil were pumped out...and another thing to cheer was...out of 6 from our college...3 are from IT..IT-3,CSE-1,ECE-1,EEE-1..total attended 1100,GD selected-163,Interview Selected-82,Finally selected-51..That was Assurgent edition

Still this is a first ball and another 49.5 overs are remaining...think you might have understood.. it...;)
