Am I going wrong...?

Finally our historical old television started to see its last days...may be some picture tube problem i suppose...but who cares it..currently mom can afford a new TV for our house...so in this juncture a great thought came to me...i advised mom to buy a TFT television... :P (edo okka raayi veyalani tried lendi...) there this issue started..and our conversation was like...

Mom(slapping the old TV) : Deeni khatha iypoindi...kottadi konaali..(Time to purchase a new TV)

Me : Ippudu Kotta TV avasarama..iyna TV choosevaalu evarunnaru mana intlo..?(Reverse Gear lendi)
(There's no necessary of purchasing a new TV)

Mom: Kaani Illu ane Intilo TV undaali...(But a house should be provided with a nice TV)

Me : Sare..konededo manchidi konnu...(Purchase a reliable TV)

Mom : Manchidi...?(Reliable..means..?)

Me : Samsung lo TFT screen di konnu...!! :P(Purchase TFT waala)

Mom(starring at me for a moment)

Mom : Ee TFT lu LCD lu ivvani nuvvu sampadinchi konnu...(Purchase TFT with ur income)

Me : Nenu konedi pakkana pettu...neeekantu oo manchi TV undaali ga...?(But u should have a TV of our own)

Mom : Naakantu ante...?(own..means)

Me : Nuvvu konne TV neede ga...!!(TV purchased by you belongs to you na..?)

Mom : Mari nuvvu konte...??(Then if u purchase..?)

Me : Nenu Konte adi naa TV...!!(Then it belongs to me)

Mom : Ante nee Udhesam enti...?(What do u mean..?)

Me : Nuvvu konte adi nee TV...nenu Konte adi naa TV...!!!(If u buy a TV,it's yours and if i,it belongs to me)


This is what i told...and after the next moment..mom's face became serious...and even she stopped talking to me..instead uttering the above phrase continuously...

I couldn't get the exact reason behind that...i just told it very casually...without having any odd in myself...and may be adi flow lo vachesindi...

Today i got call from Dad...he asked me about this regard...and i asked him,what's wrong with this...

He replied me..There's nothing wrong with this phrase...at the same time..this hurts somebody...!!

Still I'm puzzled...!!
